Grace Chapel seeks to follow our Lord's command to reach our world with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this through our International Ministries, Short Term Missions and Domestic Ministries such as Youth for Christ and Neighborhood Impact.

Alan & Anna Berthiaume - International Teams

Alan and Anna Berthiaume serve the youth of a small community in Oxford, England. They provide discipleship to churched boys and girls as well as conduct outreach into schools, parks, and neighborhoods in the largely atheist community.

Berna Bone - MAF

For twenty-five years, Berna and her husband, Dar, served in Indonesia with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) as pilot/mechanic, Bible and English teachers, mentors, counselors, program managers, and Asia Director. After Dar passed away in 1999, Berna continued her work with MAF until 2001, when she accepted an opportunity to serve with an international relief agency in Pakistan and Afghanistan. She currently works as bookkeeper, office manager, and administrative assistant to the regional director in Asia. Berna is currently serving the Lord in Indonesia by coordinating the language school for new volunteers.

Matt & Marlo Jensen and Family - International Teams

The Jensen family has a vast array of international experience, having served the Lord in Romania, Thailand, and Mexico. In August of 2006, Matt, Marlo, and their children, Mikala and Nicolas, were invited to join the Youth World team in Quito, Ecuador, where they currently reside as they disciple interns, train national youth workers, and expose both youth and adults to missions.

Howard & Mary Scholl and Family – International Teams

Howard, Mary, Danielle, and Jonathan are missionaries in Cala Cali, Ecuador at El Refugio, a training and retreat center that seeks to facilitate a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through nature and outdoor adventure. Howard serves as the Director of Operations at the center.

Brant & Laura McGlothlin – Janz Team Ministries

After nineteen years of life and ministry in Lancaster, God made it clear He wanted Brant and Laura to be dorm parents at the Black Forest Academy, a missionary boarding school in southwestern Germany. As dorm parents, they have taken on the task of loving and nurturing 28-30 high school girls.

Cliff & Mary Huffmire – Grace Global Ministries

            Cliff and Mary have taken up residence in Jiquilpan, Mexico. In this “Circle of Silence”, they have commenced shining the light of Christ in the spiritually dark world around them through evangelism and church planting. They are currently in the process of constructing a church building for their budding body of believers.

  Ben & Rita Egli – WEC/ Coquitlam Alliance Church

            The Iranian oil port of Abadan saw the beginning of the Egli’s ministry to the Iranian people. Eleven years later, having been expelled from the country, they followed Iranian refugees to northwestern Germany, where they saw the fruit of twenty-three years of service in the form of many Iranians turning to Christ and the establishment of several churches. They recently moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where they once again share Christ with the extensive Iranian population there.

Joe & Lori Pent and Family – Latin American Assistance

God has led Joe and Lori to become part of La Montana Christian Camp, a quality camping and conference facility in Costa Rica where they have hosted thousands of youth and adults. In addition, the Pents, along with their three children, communicate the Gospel to students of public and private schools, Boy Scouts, the Salvation Army, and the Costa Rica branch of Focus on the Family.

Stuart & Sheny Salazar and Family – Association of Christian Schools International

            Stuart, Sheny, Andy, and Sareth Salazar serve our Savior and Christian educators and schools in Latin America, where they lead the Latin American ministry of the Association of Christian Schools International. Along with their dynamic staff, the Salazars hold workshops and conferences for teachers and schools across Central and South America as well as the Caribbean.

Russ & Gina Cline and Family – International Teams

Led to an overseas ministry while working with youth here in the U.S., Russ and Gina moved with their family to Ecuador in 1994, where they began the ministry of Youth World International. They have been instrumental in establishing parallel ministries in Cuba and Bolivia. By God’s provision and grace, the breadth of their ministry extends far and wide, encompassing such programs as a National Youth Leadership ministry, Expatriate ministries, Quito Quest short term missions, the Hacienda El Refugio Training and Retreat Center, and Inner City Ministries.
